Website and service terms
These terms govern your use of abjonx.com. Project work is governed by the quotation, statement of work or agreement accepted by AbjonX and the client; that document takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
Quotations, scope and payment
Estimates are based on the information available when issued and remain valid for the period stated. Deliverables, milestones, fees, taxes and payment dates are defined in the accepted proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change request and may affect cost and timeline.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate requirements, content, approvals, access and lawful materials. Delays in these inputs may move delivery dates.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Ownership and licence rights are defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing tools, reusable components and know-how remain with their original owner. Third-party software, APIs, hosting and platforms remain subject to their own terms, fees and availability.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business and technical information received during a project and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement.
Testing, warranty and support
Acceptance, warranty and support periods are specified in the project agreement. Issues caused by unauthorised changes, unsupported third parties, misuse or infrastructure outside our control may require separate paid work.
Cancellation and liability
Cancellation and refund terms follow the accepted proposal. To the extent permitted by law, AbjonX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited as stated in the relevant agreement.
Governing law and contact
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Contact info@abjonx.com.
